Our gold trading operation is structured to provide a secure, documented, insured, and compliant process for sourcing gold from authorized African mining companies and gold-trading sources for delivery to approved capable international buyers that have available funds that are clean, legal, and from a legitimate source to enable buyers to fulfill their financial obligations due for legal international gold trade and export.

All transactions are subject to applicable mining, gold trade, export, customs, foreign exchange, anti-money laundering, and other regulatory requirements in the relevant jurisdictions of the seller and buyer.

Buyer’s Purchase Inquiry

The buyer initiates a gold purchase inquiry through our official corporate email address or WhatsApp contact published exclusively on our official website http://prestigegoldrefinery.org.

The buyer and our Head of Trade negotiate and agree, subject to formal documentation, on the applicable:

  • Gold quantity and specifications;
  • Purity and assay requirements;
  • Pricing and applicable market reference;
  • Destination;
  • Delivery terms;
  • Payment terms;
  • Inspection and verification requirements; and
  • Other commercial conditions.

No person, agent, representative, or third party is authorized to conclude a transaction on our behalf through unofficial communication channels.

Gold Purchase Application

Following a preliminary commercial understanding, the buyer shall complete and submit our Gold Purchase Application Form using current, accurate, and verifiable information.

The information provided may be subject to customer due diligence, identity verification, corporate verification, compliance screening, and other legally required checks for gold trade and export.

FCO – Gold Supply Agreement

Following a satisfactory review of the Buyer’s application and compliance documentation, the Seller shall issue an FCO – Gold Supply Agreement on its official corporate letterhead to the Buyer.

Upon review and acceptance of the terms and conditions governing the lawful sale, purchase, and export of gold, the Buyer shall countersign and return a clear executed copy to the Seller, whereupon the Seller shall proceed with the agreed gold supply, trade, and export arrangements in accordance with the terms set forth herein.

The transaction shall become legally binding upon due execution by the Parties and shall thereafter be governed exclusively by the terms and conditions of the executed FCO – Gold Supply Agreement and any duly incorporated contractual documents.

Physical Inspection and Verification

After the applicable contractual documentation has been duly executed, the seller issues an official invitation to the buyer or the buyer's authorized representative to visit the designated seller location for:

  • Physical inspection of the product;
  • Verification of the stated quantity;
  • Assay or testing, where applicable; and
  • Review of relevant transaction documentation.

Any inspection or testing shall be conducted in accordance with the agreed transaction procedure and applicable law.

Export and Logistics Costs

Following satisfactory inspection and verification, the seller shall issue the applicable export, logistics, insurance, customs, or related cost invoice, where such costs are contractually payable by the buyer.

The buyer shall settle only approved charges stated in the executed transaction documents or official invoice issued by the seller.

Export Documentation and Shipment

Upon confirmation of the required payment and completion of applicable regulatory requirements, the seller shall proceed with the agreed export arrangements.

These include, where applicable:

  • Export documentation;
  • Customs clearance;
  • Regulatory documentation;
  • Insurance coverage;
  • Transportation arrangements;
  • Air waybill or other shipment documentation;
  • Tracking information; and
  • Other documents required for lawful importation and delivery.

Subject to regulatory approvals, logistics availability, and completion of all required formalities, the seller shall target shipment within the agreed contractual timeframe.

Shipment Tracking and Delivery

The buyer shall receive the applicable shipment documentation and tracking information after dispatch, where available.

The buyer may use the provided tracking information to monitor the shipment until delivery at the agreed destination.

Delivery remains subject to customs procedures, airline/carrier requirements, regulatory inspections, force majeure, and other circumstances beyond the seller's reasonable control.

Confidentiality

All transaction documents, commercial terms, assay information, pricing, logistics information, business records, and other confidential information supplied by the seller shall be treated as confidential.

Such information shall be used solely for the purposes of the transaction and applicable import, customs, compliance, and verification requirements.

Disclosure to third parties shall require the seller's prior written approval, except where disclosure is required by law, regulation, court order, customs authority, financial institution, insurer, or other competent authority.

Non-Transferability

Our commercial materials, transaction information, pricing, benefits, contractual rights, application records, and other proprietary transaction materials are not transferable, assignable, or distributable to any third party without the prior written approval of our management, except where expressly permitted under the executed agreement.

No person may represent themselves as an authorised buyer, seller, agent, mandate, representative, or intermediary of our organisation without written authorisation.

Regulatory and Licensing Notice

Our gold trading and export activities are conducted subject to the applicable laws, regulations, licences, permits, approvals, and compliance requirements governing gold trading, processing, transportation, export, customs, foreign exchange, taxation, and international trade.

Where applicable, transactions involving Ghana-origin gold shall be conducted through the relevant Ghana GoldBod and other competent regulatory authorities, in accordance with the authorisations and requirements applicable to the particular transaction.

Any reference to a licence, permit, regulatory approval, or government clearance shall be made only where such approval has actually been obtained and is valid for the relevant transaction.

For the protection of our customers, partners, and the integrity of every transaction, all buyers, sellers, partners, agents, mandates, representatives, and prospective customers are strongly advised to communicate with us only through the official email addresses and WhatsApp numbers published on our official website http://prestigegoldrefinery.org.

We shall not be responsible for commitments, payments, documents, representations, or communications made by persons using unauthorised contact details or claiming to represent our organisation without verifiable written authority.

Before making any payment or entering into any transaction, customers should independently verify the identity and authority of the person communicating with them through our official corporate channels.
