Established in 1992, as part of the Ashanti Gold Group of local and small-scale gold mining companies, we have grown into a diversified gold enterprise with experience spanning mining, refining, gold trading, and export operations across Africa.

Today, operating under our current legal name, PRESTIGE GOLD REFINERY, we manage and collaborate with large-scale gold mining operations across the continent, including our own large-scale mining sites in strategically located regions.

Our operations are conducted in accordance with applicable Ghanaian laws and regulatory requirements, under the oversight of the relevant government authorities, including the Ghana Gold Board (GoldBod), responsible for regulating Ghana’s gold industry, including gold trading and export activities.

We maintain strong relationships with regional authorities, traditional leaders, community Houses of Chiefs, licensed industry stakeholders, and local communities, supporting responsible and transparent operations.
